The loss of a loved one can be incredibly difficult, but we are here to help address the fears and challenges that clients face when addressing estate administration, probate, and the finalizing of that loved one’s last wishes. Sometimes, even more difficult than losing someone that is close to you, is the challenge when there is a dispute over the final wishes. Our team is here to provide representation in will contests, heir disputes, and to fight for spousal and beneficiary rights.

About Jessica Williams

Prior to relocating my practice to the north side in the summer of 2018, I worked with a well-respected south side firm from 2014-2018. There, I learned from the best in my area of specialty/areas of interest. Our current practice focus includes Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration– including litigation components, and Guardianships.

I attended IU McKinney School of Law from 2010 to 2013 as a non-traditional evening student. While attending law school in the evenings, I worked two jobs; one as a legal intern at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council and the other as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at IU Health North Hospital. In December 2013, I completed my training/law school education and earned my JD as well as my specialty certification in Health Law. I co-authored Behavioral Contracts in Johns Hopkins University’s publication, Biology in 2014.

Prior to attending law school, I worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. I worked in the Immunohematology Reference Laboratory at the Indiana Blood Center and the blood bank at St. Vincent Hospital. I published my first nationally recognized abstract, Serological and Clinical Management of a Bombay Pregnancy, in the American Association of Blood Banks publication Transfusion in 2005. In 2009, I presented Autoantibody in a Post-Transplant Setting, a scientific poster at the regional level at the St. Vincent Hospital Research Symposium.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Science at Indiana State University and my Associates in Arts and Associates in Arts and Science degrees at Lincoln Trail College.
